THE STUDIO
Astro Circo© is a vibrant independent creative studio based in Toronto. Founded by enthusiastic artists Edwin and Victoria, the studio has been concentrating on creating multidisciplinary visual art and exploring diversified methods of visual expression.
As experienced designers, we specialize in brand identity, illustrations, graphic design, and various types of visual art. From pencil sketch to physical products, between graphic design with street art, we did countless memorable projects during the past few years. We stand out from the crowd by keeping our design passionate, innovative, and creative.
We are natural-born explorers. Innovation is in our blood. Optimism and fun are our attitudes and catalyst. We believe every tool we can get our hands on is a new way to express our ideas. We believe the boundary of design should not be limited by the traditional definition, and breaking those walls could bring us more than just new ideas, but also new directions in visual art.
THE CREW
Victoria is a happy "smile addict." As a seasoned designer with unique aesthetic, she is the illustrator, graphic designer, and brand strategist. She is passionate about anything fresh and exciting, and she continually tries to convert them into creative art pieces.
Edwin breathes street culture and becomes a part of the scene by being a graffiti writer who’s got over a decade of experience with the cans and walls. In the studio, he is the illustrator, 2D animator, and graffiti artist. (Occasionally, he also is the photographer, video editor, VFX artist, web developer, driver and chef of the studio.)
Meimei takes the role of supervisor and occasionally communicates with clients. Her work station (cat nest) is right next to our keyboards. She is wordless, and with her breathing down our necks, we have to work smart and hard nonstop. She drastically increases our work efficiency and never complains about her salary.
